As a licensed psychologist and clinical social worker I have over 25 years of experience providing therapy to a wide variety of clients. I have special proficiency in what is called high performance psychology, which includes helping people with mental health concerns as well as reaching an optimal level of performance/happiness. I enjoy helping people develop a mindset that sets them free from self-doubt, fear, or anxiety. I will work with you on helping identify the barriers to achieving your goals, such as personal desires, athletic achievements, or professional/career goals. I look forward to working with you.
