Are you feeling stuck? As if things will never change or as if you’re reliving some painful experience from your past? Are you constantly depressed or anxious? If so, or if you have witnessed or experienced physical or emotional trauma, I can help you improve your life. I am a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy practitioner, which is an evidenced based therapy that is currently being used by our US military to treat trauma. I specialize in working with those with anxiety, low self-esteem, addictions, and depression. I offer a free 15 minute consultation call if you have any questions.
As a certified clinical trauma professional I have extensive training in the treatment of trauma including the most experience and training in accelerated resolution therapy in the state. I specialize in helping people challenge negative thinking and develop new perspectives using methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness.
