Many struggle to face grief or express anger. In therapy, we can safely explore overwhelming emotions and the tension between what’s expected and what we desire. Often, this work involves finding language for experiences that have remained unspeakable—from early abuse or neglect to ruptures of trust and intimacy.
I often work with highly sensitive, perfectionistic adults who feel set apart from others. I am attuned to those who carry the complex legacies of exile and displacement. I aim to provide a space that disrupts unspoken rules that stifle growth, encourages improvisation and experimentation, and empowers people to move from endurance to possibility.
