I am a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. I have experience treating various psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, and psychosis. I work with my clients to formulate a personalized treatment plan that focuses on their well-being, functioning, and creating lasting change. I have experience treating people of all ages, with various mental health needs. Whether someone is suffering from depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, anxiety, or trauma-related disorders, I believe that the work my clients and I do together can improve their quality of life.
As a psychiatrist, my main approach to mental healthcare is through medication management. Given my experience, however, I believe the best outcomes come from the combination of medication and psychotherapy, and I attempt to include elements of both during our appointments.
I hope to create a compassionate and open environment for my clients during our sessions. Data suggests that the best outcomes occur when an individual feels most comfortable with their provider, and I aim to accomplish this in every patient interaction.
