I primarily utilize strengths-based, cognitive behavioral and solution-focused approaches to help people identify and apply their own personal strengths to work effectively through different life circumstances.
I address each person's situation in an understanding and patient manner and people often say they feel comfortable working with me. I also have a passion for music and am able to apply music therapy techniques as additional therapeutic tools.
