About
Are you looking for a kind, compassionate therapist who will work patiently to help you achieve your personal goals? I work with a wide-range of clients who are looking to strengthen their commitment to their life values, accept and challenge symptoms of depression and anxiety, or who are seeking to resolve difficult family or relationship issues. I have over 20 years of experience working with people like you. I will listen closely to your problems, not make quick judgments, and help you find personally satisfying solutions.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions, and relationship problems. I utilize interventions derived from cognitive-behavioral, insight-oriented, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and client-centered therapy. I am an excellent listener and skillful in helping you find the best solutions for your issues and concerns.
I have many years of experience working with a wide-range of clients, ranging from mid-adolescence to older adults. I work with clients of all ethnic and religious backgrounds and consider myself allied with the LGBTQ+ community.
