I specialize in helping my patients to manage internal distress with a straight-forward, action-oriented approach using evidenced-based treatments, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Heart-Rate Variability (HRV) biofeedback. I treat anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, grief/loss, substance use, phase of life issues, and relationship problems.
