I believe that it shouldn't be so hard to live a better life.

I provide individual and couples therapy to facilitate a deeper understanding of emotions in the context of relationships. I help my clients accept, manage, and then express their feelings to others in a healthy way that improves their self-confidence, relationship satisfaction, and overall health.

I seek to create a safe environment, a sacred ground where you can establish a sense of value and dignity in your personhood as well as in your ability to love others.
