I have been working with school-aged children, young adults, parents, and couples who are trying to manage symptoms and components of ADHD, ASD, Anxiety, Conflict resolution, Communication, Depression, Loss & Grief and Trauma related diagnoses for 20 years. Each treatment plan is tailored to address the core reason that you are seeking assistance. Existing strengths, resources, interests and hobbies are integrated into treatment. We can explore connections and identify needs in a safe and creative space.
As a Clinical Social Worker, who is holistic in nature, I am also certified as an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider, a Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist, Licensed Behavioral Specialist, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I integrate strategies of TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR and expressive therapy into a plan that matches your need.
