I provide both individual and marriage counseling. I specialize in Anxiety and Depression treatment, as well as in helping those with porn addiction. With marriage therapy, specialty areas include affair recovery, improving communication skills, and changing negative interaction patterns. My goal is to combine clinical skill with a Christian, faith-based approach. I collaborate with my clients to move forward towards their personal goals. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor.
In marriage counseling, we partner together to identify our particular, negative relational dance we find ourselves repeating, and learn new ways of relating that help foster greater intimacy. With individuals, we identify negative thoughts that exacerbate anxiety and depressed mood. We learn to adopt healthier ways of seeing ourselves and our circumstances.
I am married to a wonderful lady, who is my best friend, and am a proud dad of my beautiful and spirited daughter.
