I am here to listen and I hope to work with those overcoming the trauma of their past so that they can see their bright and joyous future ahead of them. Working together with you to help you become the best versions of yourself. I am an EMDR trained clinician and can use that approach to address traumas or even lessen stressors in your life. I can help you to address relationship issues, dealing with stress, and even symptoms of depression or anxiety. My experience in technology, gaming, and social media allows me to address the use of these processes when they become problematic.
