Sometimes life stressors can leave you feeling directionless, confused, or overwhelmed. Overcoming these hurdles can be tough, but you don't have to travel this journey alone. GPS provides a unique approach to helping you map your journey to improved mental wellness. Fostering a genuine, supportive, empathic, and affirming relationship with my clients has helped them overcome many challenges. My objective is to help you feel more liberated and confident in expressing your feelings without fear of judgment. As your therapist, I will help you identify your inherent abilities, strengths, and resources to reach your goals in treatment.
With nearly a decade of clinical experience, I'm dedicated to helping the BIPOC community navigate through life stressors and map their journey to improved mental wellness. I specialize in treating the psychological effects of racism, toxic masculinity, sexuality concerns, relationship/communication difficulties, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
Therapy is a teamwork process, so let's take this journey together. You are the driver and I am the passenger. My task is to "help you help yourself." Roadblocks are a part of life, but you no longer have to feel stuck or lost. Let GPS re-route you today!

Groups
Men of Color Psychotherapy Group
Barbershops often serve as a place where men of color can get a haircut and have “talk therapy” at the same time. It might be easier to discuss personal matters in a barber’s chair than a therapist’s couch. However, if you are looking for a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment, GPS’s Men of Color Psychotherapy Group might be for you. The purpose of the Men of Color Psychotherapy Group is to provide a safe, intense, and personal experience to further explore and clarify concerns that are important to their unique experiences. The format includes a combination of psychotherapy and psycho-education.
