I help teens, adults, couples and families to address the issues keeping them from reaching their full potential by engaging in honest and direct, yet loving conversations. I help set boundaries and clarify relationships so individuals know where they stand and can gain clarity on what they need to do to reach their goals.
I often work with people whose core issue revolves around relationships. I help parents address challenging behavioral issues, increase harmony in their homes, and feel better about their parenting. I help adults who want to reconnect with their partners, move past any anger towards their parents, and resolve friction with friends or family.
