I love helping individuals, couples, and/or families find more effective ways to cope and communicate. I am certified in SFT, and have many years of experience helping families and couples. I am also experienced in faith-based counseling - whether this be with individuals or couples and families. I am, however, not "pushy" with my beliefs and rather enjoy pacing with you and respecting your beliefs and perspectives.
