I specialize in working with folks with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent types in NJ and PA, but I also heavily work with anxiety, depression, and issues surrounding activation and assertiveness. So, I'm very action-oriented in my approach and that's because I believe when we see and experience change, it can help build momentum. People are resilient, creative, and adaptive, but sometimes we get stuck. (And when we neurodivergent folks get stuck, we get really stuck!) Let's work to build awareness, strategies, and change! Additionally, I am an ACS and am taking supervisees for licensing in NJ.
I use an "eclectic approach" but I focus heavily on Cognitive-Behavior and Existential Therapy with emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. I seek to create a safe and restorative space for individuals where each person feels heard. Treatment includes the individual’s needs and goals; identifying and addressing barriers while highlighting strengths.
