Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as a teacher, lawyer, broadcast journalist, political consultant, and producer of concerts, documentary films, and fundraising events, as well as a cab driver, school bus driver, and waiter. My life experience gives me an edge on empathy and rapport building. I speak some Spanish and Hebrew.

My specialty has been ADHD across the LIFESPAN for 25 years. Psychotherapy, consulting, seminar instructor are some of the roles I've played. I've also been a public advocate and educator via media outreach and the creation of a unique program called ADHD The Family Tree in Western MA, where I lived many years. The Family Tree was six weeks if a multifamily/multidimensional experiential experience. This Adult group will apply those insights and techniques I've perfected over the years in my practice which has assisted those struggling with ADHD and Anxiety in creative and effective ways.
