My practice is focused on helping individuals and couples struggling with a wide range of mental health, communication, and phase of life issues. My training in cognitive-behavioral, Gestalt, and Gottman method couples counseling give me a broad base of experience and expertise in supporting you if you are struggling with anxiety, depression, interpersonal communication, and many other concerns. Beyond the application of theory and technique, the relationship I cultivate with my clients is a primary focus. When working with me you can expect a compassionate, understanding, and engaged relationship focused on your needs and goals.
Couples counseling is also a primary focus of my therapy practice. I work with couples who want to explore and grow in order to increase joy, satisfaction, and productivity in all aspects of life. Helping couples learn new ways of communicating and understanding, as well as addressing individual concerns are the core of how I approach couples counseling.
