I am a Navy veteran and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 13 years of experience in therapy, particularly with veterans while working at the Department of Veterans Affairs. I work with a wide variety of clients: individuals suffering or struggling with their feelings, thoughts, and actions resulting from their life experiences. I help those who have struggled to find help, support, and acceptance from family, friends, and even service providers. I work with people who want to live a normal life, achieve their goals, see life through a different lens, and grow as individuals.

I am certified in EMDR, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I have extensive practice experience in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Gestalt Therapy, and I use motivational interviewing, supportive counseling, and life coaching as approaches to support treatment across all modalities.
