I work with clients age five and up.Working with clients to get through difficult stages in life and helping individuals to learn new coping skills for anxiety and depression.Helping individuals build self esteem and helping them to regulate thier emotions.Im open to working with clients at any age and any problems that may be causing them distress.I have a passion for working with all first responders, military,firefighters and I'm certified by the FDLE to work with law enforcement.

I specialize in focusing on each individual and using therapy to help them overcome thier own individual mental health problems.I also work with couples to help them learn how to overcome struggles in thier relationships.I use an integrative approach often Using techniques such CBT,DBT, along with vast majority of other therapeutics techniques.
