I was diagnosed with ADHD, learning disabilities, and other challenges when as was a kid! However, these labels became less significant when I connected with someone who truly listened and cared, leading to meaningful improvements. I believe we all have the capacity to overcome life's obstacles and grow through the therapeutic process. My goal is to provide personalized services, guiding you in discovering your own answers and direction in life.

Experiencing both the positive and negative aspects of the helping professions has given me a unique perception. As a kid, I experienced grief and was diagnosed with ADHD as well as a learning disability and told I might be on the Autism spectrum. I began to become oppositional toward authority but found a therapist I connected with who helped me!

My experiences have provided me with unique insight that can help all of my clients. But in particular, it allows me to connect with young clients struggling as I did. Although the path to achieve my educational goals was difficult, with support, I persevered through difficult times...
