I work especially well with men, teens, and adults navigating trauma, addiction or compulsive behaviors, relationship struggles, shame, anxiety, depression, and major life changes. Many come in asking, “Who am I now?” Together, we make sense of what happened, identify patterns, and build a healthier path forward.

I specialize in trauma, men’s issues, life transitions, addiction, and relationship struggles. My style is engaged, conversational, and practical. We look beneath the symptoms, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and build healthier ways forward. Christian counseling and faith integration are available if desired.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you feel stuck, ashamed, overwhelmed, or unsure who you are becoming, we can start there. Therapy can be a place to be honest without judgment, understand what you are carrying, and begin moving toward the life and relationships you want.

Renewed Mind is an ongoing men’s recovery group for those struggling with problematic pornography use, secrecy, shame, urges, and compulsive patterns. The group provides a structured, non-shaming space to build awareness, accountability, emotional regulation, goal tracking, relapse prevention, and practical tools for change. Each session includes check-in, psychoeducation, skill-building, and honest discussion about wins, struggles, triggers, and next steps. Members learn to understand the loop, practice urge surfing, set realistic weekly goals, and build support instead of isolation. The focus is not perfection, but honesty, growth, and becoming the man you are choosing to be.
