I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), in the State of Washington. I have a career experience in a variety of mental health work-related and environments, and currently provided telehealth services, and a variation of different degrees of counseling positions over the past 30 years. A majority of my counseling experiences has been serving in the mental health field as a private business therapist for 8 years, and a long history serving in mental health community agencies, and within the public-school system, providing services working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Therapeutic style is strength-based, trauma informed and person-centered. My approach to therapy is based on the theory of person-centered therapy. The psychotherapy services I provide are interpersonal and collaborative. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to assist them in exploring alternative solutions to the issues they provide. (CBT, DBT).
I work well with people who feel disconnected in their own emotional, behavioral, and relational patterns, being hopeful their path towards personal growth, change, self-awareness and increased well-being will lead them to explore parts of themselves they are not so aware of, and to move forward in having improved interpersonal, and emotional functioning.
