I utilize various modalities, such a depth psychology and narrative therapy. Additionally, I have expertise with seniors suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's. In my 18 years of practice I have helped many adults; for example, members of the Veterans community, LGBTQ+ community and Seniors. I have pioneered and utilized a DreamRem Method that has shown very positive results when thoughtfully utilized in my work.
