I do my best work with people ages 5 and up who feel like they're supposed to "have it together" but secretly don't. Those who are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, OCD, school stress, or big life transitions. They're looking for a place where they can be honest, feel understood, and not worry about being perfect. As someone who took a nontraditional path myself, I get what it's like to feel lost or overwhelmed in this big world. My ideal client wants support, real connection and tools that help them feel more confident being who they are.
I work to help these people feel seen, supported and more at ease with themselves. I blend EMDR, person centered, Adlerian, and narrative work, plus play based strategies for younger clients. I connect with creative and "nerdy" interests, and am growing my work around these areas to help my clients feel understood in their world.
