I have worked with Individuals, Couples, Families, and Minors with symptoms related to Addiction, Anger Management, Depression, Grief, Life Transitions, ADHD, Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, LGBTQIA+, Men's Issues, Substance Use, Relationship Issues, and Stress. My client-centered approach uses a mix of Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Person-Centered, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), and Existential.
