I am a licensed mental health counselor with experience treating individuals with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, anger issues, and co-existing mental health and substance abuse issues. We use a combination of Rogerian, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy approaches to help clients make choices that are right for them.
