About
I believe in the inherent potential of all people. Despite the challenges of life, we have an incredible capacity to persevere. Obstacles can be opportunties as we are often braver, stronger and more capable than we give ourselves credit for.
I have seventeen years of experience specializing in the treatment of adolescents and adults struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma, depression and bipolar, autism-spectrum experiences, psychosis and substance use. I use strengths and evidenced--based approaches grounded in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, narrative and motivational models.
Please call or email if I may be a support or you would like to learn more about my practice.
