Many of the people I work with feel stuck in survival mode. You may find yourself constantly on edge, unable to relax, replaying difficult experiences, or feeling emotionally disconnected from others. These reactions are common for individuals who have experienced trauma or prolonged stress. I specialize in working with veterans, first responders, and individuals recovering from traumatic experiences. Many of my clients struggle with PTSD, hypervigilance, chronic stress, or difficulty feeling safe and grounded again.
My approach integrates evidence-based trauma therapies such as EMDR and Prolonged Exposure with Heart Rate Variability (HRV) biofeedback. By addressing both the psychological and physiological impact of trauma, therapy helps clients regulate their nervous system and regain stability and control.
I am a combat veteran with advanced training in trauma treatment. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a trauma certification and am currently completing doctoral training. I have worked with survivors of gun violence through the University of Pennsylvania Trauma Center and trained clinically at the VA.
