Support for burnout, healing from trauma, and neurodivergent experience (ADHD, autism, bipolar). Rumination-Focused ERP for OCD, panic, or health anxiety. Scheduling based on your preference: short term, ‘one-at-a-time,’ or longer term. I often support service providers experiencing burnout, people suffering from systemic or bureaucratic oppression, and those healing from narcissistic abuse. And I may be a good fit for people with unique problems, prior negative experiences in therapy, or those who feel like their struggles are difficult to fully articulate or address.

Using a narrative therapy approach, I work with the stories of your life: reconsidering ideas that have been taken for granted, thinking critically about social norms and pressures, and shining light on your efforts to take action and connect with meaning in spite of the problem you face.

Your values and feedback will deeply inform the process, and I will maintain a consistent, yet flexible focus on your goals and your hopes.
