About
Have you been struggling with depression and anxiety for as long as you can remember? Are you looking for support in navigating challenges in your relationship? Are you questioning your possible neurodivergence or wanting support around ADHD or Autism? If any of this fits for you, I'd love to help.
My name is Jonathan and I am passionate about working with people who have experienced depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, or are currently navigating life transitions. I practice a model of Acceptance and Commitment therapy and work with clients to develop peace and decrease symptoms that impact their lives.
I know it's hard to reach out, but I'm glad you are here and would be honored to help. Reach out today by phone or email to schedule your appointment.
