As an integrative therapist, I have the advantage of drawing from various therapeutic modalities and techniques. This approach allows therapy to be tailored to your uniqueness. My specialties include ADHD (I have ADHD myself), bipolar disorder, anxiety, life transitions, sports performance, and depression.
