We are ready for less stress and more happiness, but aren't sure how to get there. I will support you to identify, explore, and remove obstacles to your wellbeing, unleashing your innate capacity for healing, resilience, and joy. I will not only guide you to awareness of yourself and others through a safe, supportive therapeutic alliance, but also offer you practical mindfulness tools, where appropriate to your understanding both in and out of session.
My specialty in Mindfulness-Based Therapy, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), kindness and compassion, offers evidence-based, individually-tailored, practical tools that can be immediately applied to support awareness, healing and growth.
