About
Accepting New Clients - Some things in life can feel really big and overwhelming. Working with a therapist can help you develop skills to make those 'big' things feel much less daunting. Taking a person-centered, humanistic approach to therapy is important because everybody has a unique story, identity, culture, and goal. As your therapist, my role is to help you discover what works for YOU, in the context of your own life. I am here to help you unpack, understand, heal, grow, and ultimately build your own 'life toolbox' to use when things feel really big again.
Much of my work has been centered around helping folks with self esteem, acceptance, coping skills, psychoeducation, navigating identity, and major life changes. I am a part of and specialize in working with the transgender community, but I am happy to work with people from all walks of life. I take a person-centered approach to therapy (and life).
Therapy can be hard, and finding the right therapist for you can be harder. If you feel like my therapeutic approach and experience meets your needs, please reach out to me. We will create a plan that works best for you and what you are currently experiencing.
