About
There are various reasons why people choose to enter therapy. For some people, the decision to see a therapist occurs when they start to recognize their ability to function is not where they want it to be, or it is starting to deteriorate. They may start to feel overwhelmed by depression, hesitation, anxiety or trauma. My goal is to help you find your true potential and for you to have a life that provides fulfillment and joy. We can work together to gain insight into difficult situations from the past that may still be providing challenges in your current situation.
I have worked closely with individuals and families in a variety of venues such as:outpatient mental health/substance abuse clinics, residential treatment facilities, schools, and community-based organizations.
