Welcome! My name is Jonah Paquette, and I'm an experienced clinical psychologist with expertise in the treatment of depression, stress, generalized anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder, as well as the promotion of well-being. My style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches including CBT, mindfulness-oriented strategies, positive psychology, and solution-focused therapies to help facilitate meaningful and lasting change. I enjoy working with adults and currently see clients virtually via telemedicine across the state of California.
In addition to my clinical practice, I'm the author of four research-based self-help books focused on the promotion of well-being and resilience. I regularly deliver workshops and keynotes both nationally and internationally to professional and general audiences alike. Prior to starting my practice, I spent over ten years at Kaiser Permanente.
I completed my postdoctoral fellowship at Kaiser Permanente and my doctoral internship at the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. I received his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium, and a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University.
