It can be difficult to access the fulfillment we deserve when up against a world that does not understand or value us in our entireties. I believe that the space that you and I co-create can serve as a springboard for meaningful processing of this difficulty and—ultimately—the rich, self-determined life you want to live. While centering your experiences, even those that are most challenging, I bring unconditional openness, warmth, and humor. I work with folks on the margins that want to see a therapist they can relate to and feel held by. I aim to serve as a trustworthy guide and confidant as you set goals that are right for you.
My approach is trauma-informed, recognizing the impact of past experiences on your current wellbeing. I am a queer trans man and am experienced in supporting queer and trans clients, those processing religious trauma, and people on journeys of body acceptance. I have extensive training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and love working with this lens.
