Life can be challenging and can sometimes get in the way of our happiness. This can lead to problems that can be difficult to work through on our own. I work with clients to resolve these problems by utilizing their strengths and resources. I also provide different perspectives and therapeutic modalities to achieve each client’s individualized goals. I am a trans-man and I have a lot of experience with people who are part of the transgender/gender non-conforming community. I am very familiar with the steps to get surgery as well as what recovery for surgery looks like. I am also well versed in letters for gender affirming surgeries.
I specialize in trauma, gender dysphoria, anxiety, depression, OCD, and low self-esteem. I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I provide a nonjudgmental and supportive space for client’s to utilize the skills and resources within themselves to overcome the challenges they face.
Having been in practice for almost a decade, I have extensive experience working with a wide variety of individuals and issues. I offer afternoon and evening appointments.
