My approach is unique to each client, drawing from many techniques such as psychodynamic, DBT, and CBT therapies, tailored to you to help you gain insight and develop the change you're seeking. For couples, I also utilize methods such as EFT & Gottman to help improve communication, navigate challenges, and improve relationship satisfaction.
