I help teens, adults, and parents who feel overwhelmed by ADHD, anxiety, trauma-related stress, and the pressure of trying to keep everything functioning. Many of the people I work with are dealing with burnout, emotional stress, self-criticism, executive dysfunction, or the sense that they are always trying to catch up. You may be showing up for work, relationships, parenting, or school while feeling disorganized, stretched thin, or worn down internally. Therapy with me can help you understand what is contributing to that pattern and build more realistic ways to cope, regulate, and function day to day.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and neuroaffirming. I help clients make sense of what is happening, work through patterns that keep them stuck, and build tools that fit real life. I draw from ACT, relational, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches depending on what is most useful for you.
