As a strength-based therapist in Northeast Los Angeles, I’m lucky enough to work alongside a diverse group of clients, helping them rewrite their stories, one chapter at a time. My approach is rooted in collaboration—whether it’s with artists looking to align their creativity with their core values, or individuals ready to toss aside those pesky, unhelpful narratives that have been hanging around like unwanted party guests. We work together to explore inherent resourcefulness and restore a sense of agency in their lives, both now and in the future.
In my role as adjunct faculty at Antioch University Los Angeles, I teach courses such as Narrative Therapy in Practice, Postmodern Approaches to Addiction, and Group Treatment. These opportunities allow me to share my passion for narrative therapy with future clinicians, enriching the broader therapeutic community.
The privilege of being invited into the healing process with my clients is not lost on me. Together, we can challenge the stories that no longer serve them, whether those stories come from external pressures or old patterns that no longer fit. My goal is to help individuals rediscover their dreams and creativity, enabling them to live more fulfilling lives.
