I am a strength-based therapist working in Northeast Los Angeles. I welcome collaborative conversations regarding the preferred lives those would like to inhabit, finding myself continually curious about the inherent resourcefulness of my clients. I enjoy helping artists to align with preferred intentions in creativity. Often the trickery of circulated messages around "success" can spell us into forgetting one's values in life. As adjunct faculty at Antioch University Los Angeles, I teach numerous courses including Narrative Therapy In Practice, Human Sexuality, and Group Treatment.
It is a great privilege to be invited into the healing space with my clients, working together to creatively challenge problematic narratives and reclaim dreams for the present and future.

Artist Healing Co-op

The artist healing co-op provides an interactive group experience for those interested in exploring the collective embodiment in an oasis of community care. The group meets weekly via telehealth and engages in conversations that support artists' unique experiences, both personally and professionally. Some conversations might include the intersection of artistic process and narratives of "success" ; mental health & artistry under systems of capitalism ; the fluid renegotiation of intentions and values within creating... it is a space for fostering community, healing, and cultivating collaborative connection in a supportive environment.
