About
Most people have a natural drive to be independent and self-sustaining. The truth is life is not always easy and it can be difficult to be vulnerable with others. When people use their courage and bravery to reach out, I have nothing but admiration for them. In the dark times of life, we need a place where we can feel understood, genuinely cared about, and supported. I believe that every person is unique, and everyone has different needs. Some times life's difficulties take more time then we would like but I am there to go through it all with you.
My goal is to meet you where you are, walk alongside you, and help you find the tools needed to face life’s challenges. I strive to create a judgement free space where we can explore thoughts and feelings openly. I will help you reach your goals through many different counseling techniques, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness.
Having a safe space where people can feel unjudged and sort through life Everyone has times in their life where they feel overwhelmed, exhausted, stretched thin, angry, and/or frustrated. Sometimes these feelings come from our choices or the choices of others. I hope to be part of your journey through the darkness and helping you feel empowered.
