I help people overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, insecurities, family issues, and transitions with school, work, and relationships. We sometimes struggle to find meaning and joy in life. I can help you reconnect to what matters most to you, to what you love about life, and help you find a way forward with vitality and purpose.
I offer an open-minded, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach. Specializing in mindfulness-based counseling, I draw on a range of therapies including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and CBT. My 25+ years in the field has taught me what strategies work. And I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
