While I have experience with a variety of populations, my ideal clients range from 17 years old into their 30s. These individuals are transitioning from childhood, leaving their family home, and embarking on their adult lives. They face an increasing number of decisions, often feeling anxious and worn out from constant self-doubt. They question the reliability of their own thoughts and emotions. They tend to compare themselves to others, noticing their own perceived flaws. During this period, they encounter various developmental challenges that may be postponed or derailed. Sometimes people need assistance sorting it all out.

I possess extensive experience in mental health, primarily focused on child, adolescent, and young adult populations. My time at the University has refined my skills and knowledge, particularly in applying psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy techniques. I am well-versed in diagnosing and intervening in these matters with this population.

I provide a supportive and very non-judgemental environment for people to sort out who they are and what they really think about things, and that sounds a whole lot easier than it actually is. I am deeply committed to helping people sort out who they are, what they want, and to discover their power.

I was trained in Child & Adolescent intervention at West Mental Health in the ('90s). Along the way I have crafted an approach that integrates psychodynamic and Gestalt methods, with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in the 2000s. This has been a effective approach for my clients.
