My ideal client is ready to tackle the hard obstacles in their life. I specialize in trauma work, and want to help individuals to change their internal narrative and be empowered to take control of their life. For family and couples work, communication becomes a key component of the work, and working to create shared goals as well.
I love being able to help clients with high levels of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I also have several years of experience working with adolescents with high functioning autism. If you want to overcome some of the areas in your life that you feel are holding back, then we will work together to find approaches to better outcomes
Starting therapy can be hard. But so is staying in the challenges that you may be facing. By working together to face whatever holds you back, we can get you to a better place. Please reach out to schedule a consult to see if we are a good fit.
