About
My counseling style is solution focused. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate, with a zeal for teaching coping skills. I like to focus on identifying strengths and helping maximize them to overcome obstacles. I'm here to help sort through things that are difficult right now and offer a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment. The first and most important step is reaching out for help.
I am an experienced clinician (LCSW) passionate about serving people in my community grappling with life issues and/or crises that happen to normal people living normal lives. Too often these experiences stay private and often worsen. Office hours 10-8 Monday- Friday. Saturday appointments available
I have a great deal of experience helping individuals, couples, veterans, teens. I've helped many people who have dysfunctional relationships. As you can read in my profile, my counseling style combines empathy with solution-based approach. I believe this combination can be very useful with the type of challenges many people face.
