I am a neurodivergent white-passing Latino clinician. I help with adults and youth who come in with uncertainty, insecurity, deep hurt, questions about themselves, and a need to be seen and heard. Life is an array of experiences that can often leave us feeling dissatisfied and detached from ourselves and others. Regardless of age, we all experience hurt and a need for caring support. Working with me is best seen as one of the many alternative health oriented practices and will encourage more holistic collaboration with intention to facilitate towards a more thriving life.
Since healing is multi-faceted, I encourage all my clients to additionally explore options to support your treatment such as social prescribing, nutrition, group therapy, community, reading books and poems, psychiatry, and music to name a few. We can discover these options together.
