I think people living with high-functioning depression and anxiety benefit most from my approach.
This tends to look like people who are accustom to providing, protecting and achieving, but are unsure how to care for themselves. There's a deep sense of loneliness and dissatisfaction with life, yet to the outside world everything looks great. A part of our work is to discover "Paideia".
Cornel West explains paideia in his memoir Living and Loving Out Loud as:
"Paideia concerns the cultivation of self, the ways you engage your own history, your own memories, your own mortality, your own sense of what it means to be alive as a critical, loving, aware human being."
