About
I have over 30 years of experience as a psychologist helping individuals: Reduce stress, anxiety, fears and depression; Improve relationships and communication; Cope with loss and change; Increase self esteem, self acceptance and life satisfaction; Achieve goals and make healthier decision; Work on other concerns including LGBTQ issues. I have daytime and evening appointments and I'm in network with the insurance plans listed.
My therapeutic style is supportive, collaborative, interactive and nonjudgmental. This helps clients feel comfortable so we can explore problems and solutions together in a safe environment. My therapeutic approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral and solutions-focused and my work with each client is customized for their specific needs, goals and situation.
Selecting a therapist who is a good fit is very important. I invite you to get additional information about me on our practice's website or by contacting me by phone or email. I am happy to provide you with more information and answer any questions you may have.
