My approach is integrative, acknowledging body, mind, soul/Spirit. Besides experiential therapies like Gestalt & IFS, I have extensive training in complementary healing modalities such as meditation, various mindfulness techniques, and past-life regression. I believe in a collaborative, client-centered process where your goals guide our work.
Besides my background in psychology & philosophy, I've been a recording artist for two decades and worked with many creatives. My practice is rooted in a non-judgmental curiosity-driven approach incorporating compassion, spirituality, mindfulness, existentialism, and humor. I offer support via video and in-person hikes.
