At our core, each of us has desires worth honoring. I work to help people uncover these deepest longings and values by exploring the painful feelings and wounds that separate us from them. People usually seek out therapy because something in their life is not going the way they want. I believe you are here because you also have hope that things can be different. This distance between what is possible and what is actual is painful. I want to help you use the anxiety and discomfort you are in to help you become conscious of what you truly desire and what is most meaningful to you.
I work with individuals and couples of diverse identities and backgrounds. One of the central focuses of my practice is working with men around anger and what lies beneath it, identifying vulnerable emotions and giving voice to the feelings our culture has conditioned us not to express.
